ABOUT KENYON
Kenyon Lewis received his BFA from the University of Oregon in 1982 with a focus in ceramic design and minor in geology and continued his education as an artist in residence at the Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Snowmass Village, Co. He has been involved in many public art projects and worked for many years in the custom tile industry.
The inspiration for the 
surfaces he uses comes from the forces that shape our physical landscape. These cast textures formed by wind or water are patterns found only in the landscape in places like rivers, beaches and deserts.
